【引越し】見積書とダンボールと対応。
※備忘録ってことで、どんどん書くよー。
※早く現実に近づけるのだ！
引越し業者に依頼をした次の週末直前。
正式な見積書が届きました。
電話で伝えた内容に間違いがないか確認をしましょう。
…ってまず、うちのアパート名が違いますよ。
一文字ぐらいならたまに間違えられるのですが
まったく違うアパート名。ま、番地はあっているから届いてなにより。
で、運搬する荷物内容をチェック。
ここにチェックが入っているものしか運んでくれませんので
よーくチェックです。
…これは問題なし。
「段ボールは20箱まででお願いします」と記載されています。
…頑張れ、自分！
そして忘れちゃならない見積もり金額も確認。
電話で伝えられた金額とあっているか確認です。
…これも問題なーし。
そして資材部分に目を通す。
段ボール20箱とガムテープがこの週末に届くのだな。
布団袋と洋服ハンガーは当日…など記載されているのでふむふむと確認。
問題はないので、あとは段ボール到着を待つのみです。
で、その週末、ワタクシちょいとおでかけをしておりましたので在宅しておらず。
帰宅すると玄関には段ボールの山。
そういやいなかったら玄関先に届けてくれるっていっていたっけ。
…事前に電話してくれるような気がしたのは気のせい？
ま、それはヨシとして段ボールを家に運び込み満足。
…って「あれ？」と思ったあなたはすばらしい。
そう！ガムテープがないのですよ、奥さん。
玄関を見渡してもどこにもない。
うーん、困った。
とりあえず電話して確認です。
ワタクシ(以下、ワ）：「段ボールが届いたのですが、ガムテープがないのです」
オペレータ(以下、オ)：「段ボールと一緒に届けたと思うのですが、お調べいたします」
・・・しばし待つ。
オ：「こちらで調べたところ、やはり段ボールと一緒に届けたのですが…」
ワ：「それがないのですよ。段ボールの上に直接おいたのですか？」
オ：「担当のものじゃないとわからないので…すみません」
ワ：「困ったなぁ。どこにもないんですけど。」
オ：「…申し訳ありませんがお客様で用意していただくことは可能でしょうか」
ワ：「は？」
オ：「できればお客様のほうで用意してもらえると助かるのですが…」
普通こういう場合って、再配達してくれるものじゃないの？
それとも梱包資材は今回、サービスだからこんなものなのか？
なんだかもう面倒になってきたので
ワ：「わかりました。こっちで用意します。それでは」
とちと怒り気味で電話終了。
なんだろう。今まで何度か引越しをしたけれども
あれは家族移動だからサービスがよかったのだろうか。
単身だとこんなもの？
単身向けの引越しって初めてだからよくわからん。
もしかしたらこの会社だけかもしれないし。
次回がもしあるのなら、この会社はもう使わないことだけは確実。
